Website Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in practical terms, how Vidran Labs handles personal information connected with this website and the enquiries people send to us.

Last updated: 13 August 2026

01 / INFORMATION

Information we may receive

When you contact Vidran Labs, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, organisation, role, location, project or partnership context, support information, media request, research interest or other details contained in your message.

The website and the services that operate it may also generate limited technical information needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested URLs, security events and server logs.

The public Vidran Labs website does not currently rely on a general public account-registration workflow for ordinary visitors.

02 / PURPOSE

Why we use information

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries; evaluate project, institutional, partnership, research, talent or product interest; provide support; operate and secure the website; maintain business records; prevent misuse; and meet legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We do not describe an enquiry as a contract or guarantee of engagement. Additional privacy information may apply to a specific product, service, programme, recruitment process or contractual relationship.

03 / SHARING

Who may process information

Information may be processed by service providers that support functions such as website hosting, email, security, technical operations or professional services, where reasonably necessary for those services. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect legitimate rights and security interests.

We do not publish a list of vendors here unless their involvement is relevant to the way information is handled. If the website’s material data-processing arrangements change, this notice should be updated accordingly.

04 / RETENTION

How long information is kept

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, legitimate operational and security needs, record-keeping, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements. Different records may therefore have different retention periods.

05 / INTERNATIONAL SERVICES

Technology can cross borders

Website, email, security and other technology providers may process information in different countries depending on their infrastructure. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, Vidran should use the appropriate contractual, organisational or legal mechanism for the relevant processing activity.

06 / YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

Rights depend on applicable law

Depending on where you are located and the law that applies, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or complaints to a relevant regulator. These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction.

To make a privacy request or ask how your information is handled, email privacy@vidranlabs.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and, where necessary, verify the request.

07 / SECURITY & CHILDREN

Practical safeguards

Vidran aims to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This corporate website is not designed as a service directed to children. If Vidran launches a product or programme intended for younger users, it should provide privacy information appropriate to that service and audience.
