You may use this website to learn about Vidran Labs, its products, research, perspectives, capabilities and ways to contact the company. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its security, availability or other users.

Vidran aims to keep website information accurate and useful, but technology, research, product development and company activities change over time. Website content may therefore be updated, corrected, removed or reorganised without notice.

Content and brand materials
Unless stated otherwise, website text, design, graphics, product names, brand elements and original materials are owned by or licensed to Vidran Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and reference public material for ordinary informational purposes.
You may not misrepresent Vidran material as your own, use the Vidran name or brand to imply an endorsement that does not exist, or reproduce substantial website content for commercial use without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

Separate agreements control commercial work
A website enquiry, email conversation, proposal discussion or expression of interest does not by itself create a contract. Where Vidran enters into a product, services, procurement, research, employment, partnership or other formal engagement, the applicable signed agreement, purchase document or programme terms will govern that relationship and will take priority where they conflict with these website terms.
Any governing-law, dispute, pricing, service-level, warranty, confidentiality or liability provisions for a formal engagement should be set out in the applicable written agreement.

No promise of uninterrupted access
Vidran may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website. We aim to operate the site responsibly, but we do not promise that every page, feature or external link will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
